Without Christ, the prayer goes nowhere. Now, you can yell at me Jesus is not part of the Trinity?
When you call upon any one of the three names do you not call upon the same single being?

The Lord's prayer is not prayed In Jesus' name. Yet, if I, as a Christian, were to deliberately pray a prayer so as to not offend a non-Christian, would I be praying, or reciting a feel-good speech for a room full of people. Perhaps the prayer should be private.

This is why you pray in the name of JESUS.

Jesus is not part of the Trinity? When you call upon any one of the three names do you not call upon the same single being? Yesuha/Jesus is the NAME. Father, Son, Holy Spirit are titles: I have a son, his NAME his Jonathan, your father doesnt go by "father" on his drivers license does he, I know this sounds mudane as examples...etc
- The new test is very explict concerning the NAME of Jesus. The NAME of Jesus has power and authority. Look up some other scriptures the epistles of Paul are full of this doctrine.
