Even In Battle, Blondes Get all The Attention
This sort of sewage was too much even for the mods at DU, who axed a bunch of posts like this. Of course it says a lot that they had a lot of work to do.

One heck of a story! I am willing to bet there will be many stories that come out about Iraqi citizens helping the Allied forces over and over again.

Someone should ping the "nuke 'em all" crowd to this thread.
Of for that matter the "dirty Mohammedan sandmaggots" crowd. Somehow I doubt this new American is a Zoroastarian, with that name.

They will claim we lost this war by not nuking everyone in Iraq. THANK YOU for posting this. The "let's make it into a glass parking lot" chants are too much.

"I'm wondering if she has asked the doctors not to tell her parents the full extent of her injuries until she is able to be with them face to face so that they won't worry so much about her before she gets back home to them."
Very possible, I bet she didn't expect every tv Crew in the country to be sticking a mike in her dad's face either.

"The doctors wanted to cut her leg off," he said "My friend and I decided we would stop it."That line made me immediately think of the dismembered body of an American serviceman found in a shallow grave at that other so-called 'hospital' - where her uniform is said to have been found. Those 'doctors' were probably her newest torturers.

This Iraqi, a moslem, saved her life. We shouldn't forget that. There are good hearted people of conscience among every group.
Those are the people we are there to help.

Under the watchful eyes of more than 40 murderous gunmen, the 19-year-old supply clerk laid in Saddam Hussein Hospital suffering from at least one gunshot wound and several broken bones. As her captors discussed amputating her leg, an Iraqi man leaned to her ear and whispered, "Don't worry." Lynch replied with a warm smile.
The man was already working with U.S. Marines to gain the critical information needed to rescue one of the first American prisoners of war in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Just a day earlier, the lawyer from An Nasiryah had walked 10 kilometers to inform American forces he knew where Lynch was being held.
Please Lord, bless this man, Thank You.

What a nice story! I think it will prove that the Iraqi people were deserving of our efforts. This Iraqi risked his life to save an American in distress.

I wonder why they didn't kill her? It's about "fun" for the animals who had her.
That was the deal they signed up for.

"I wonder why they did not kill her", me too! And then we read here that they wanted to cut off her leg - that was totally inspired of evil, what a blessing that she was rescued in the nick of time. Thanks immense for the Almighty keeping her and everyone of our precious boys and girls, including our allies. HalleluYAH!
