There was a report earlier from one of the embeds that Iraqi's are listening to shortwave radios. Maybe they are hearing our broadcasts to stay indoors? That's what I hope at least.

I heard a report that we are trying to reach them via 5 different radio frequencies, tele, and leafletts...maybe that's why bad guys cut the power??
