You cannot post it from your computer. Usually you have to load it onto your ISP or an online account where you have space. Then you link to that address.

Sometimes your ISP will give you space - if you can figure out how to use it. There are also free providers (like geocities) but the bandwidth they allow makes your link only visible for about the first 500 people...then they cut if off. (I don't recommend using a free host service unless there is a good one out there somewhere.)

Alternatively, you can find a freeper to post it somewhere for you and give you the URL.
