My beloved S-I-L (wearing her Art Bell hat, I'm sure) just called and insisted that they're RODS! OMG!

I told her that the lights were out, except for those in front of the Information Ministry with generators, and that the lights draw the bugs, and the bugs draw the bats and birds...

She's saddened, deeply saddened, that I've now seen them with my own eyes and still refuse to Believe.

I really do love her...
