Not very much (at least not much reported):

• Troops are performing well
  
• Saddam Intl Airport is now under US Control
  
• 9 of the Bodies recovered in the Rescue were US Troops
  
• A few more aircraft were lost (how many sorties have been flown so far?)
  
• There are some *GREAT* childhood stories in the thread (if you want to smile, read back in the thread - well worth while...in my opinion at least)
  
• Not much hard news since early morning (I think lots is going on but not much is getting out - probably best)

I agree. I was very grateful for the break in the tension, and the humor and humanity as our guys face who knows what. When stuff happens, we're on it. In between, I'd kiss commish for his story (on the cheek, of course).
