Certainly all of FL had developed a lot in the last 32 years, but then there is lots of land in FL. Not quite like Western states but lots of land compared to Eastern states.

can attest to that. Lots and lots of Africa-lookin flat brushland with no utils and hours seem like days driving across'em.

My dad has been in FL for 20 years or so now, maybe longer. I know things began changing many years ago.

It's growing rapidly out here as well. PHX is about to move from 6th largest to 5th largest city.
