Indianapolis Airport does not have any major tunnels, as far as I know. But then, we don't have subways here, either. In Indianapolis, you leave the terminal and walk across the street to a parking garage. That's it.
The layout of Saddam International doesn't appear to lend itself to under-tramac, or under-runway tunnels. There are two terminal buildings, connected by a roadway. A tunnel to river seems odd.
