Which camera? I get nothing on the CBS cam

I've got the CBS cam link up and running. You're right, you can't see much except the faint outline of a palm tree or two in the lower right and the headlights of an occasional passing vehicle. But the sound works fine. If you turn it up you can hear the vehicles go by and an occasional horn or explosion in the distance.

CBS, MSNBC, and NTV cams all work for me. NTV has best picture. Others are too dark; only car headlights can be seen. MSNBC cam was 20 seconds behind the CBS cam when I checked yesterday.
