Commish, it's one thing and one thing only. They trust the Americans will act with mercy and compassion. They know we won't carpet bomb them or lob Scuds at them. It's a testimony to us that they live their lives while at war.

I tend to agree with you. It is amazing that we have been able to get the word to these people, and even more gratifying that they believe us.

TO me that sends a LOUD message to the rest of the world. Our word is our bond, and even in a country of totally oppressed people they have gotten the word and they know enough of America and American's to trust us when we say we will not harm them.
