That giganticasshole retired COL James Jacobs on MSNBC, is guessing the statement will be they've captured some muckety muck higher up. If so, I'm guessing it's that guy responsible for gassing the Kurds back in the 90s. But I hate to give any credence to what this Jacobs says. He's a real jerk, just cashing in on the war, and obviously trying to make every appearance startling.
