Fox News Channel's Geraldo Rivera has been expelled from his embedded position, for giving away secrets on the air, CNN reported this morning.

Seems the reports of Geraldo's demise were premature. Live shot shows him alive and well with the 101st. Fox was making fun of MSNBC for reporting such tripe.

I don't believe it. These were tapes made by FOX before he was yanked. It is all just propaganda. All FReepers should tune into MSNBC for the truth.

And the Shepard on Fox is an A**hole. The other day he had a split screen with four screens up all at once, and they depicted different battle locations around Iraq, they dropped the four spilt screens and he kept calling for the "Brady Bunch" screen to come back up.

All these talking heads are having a good ol time acting like a bunch of juvenile idiots......

I can barely look at Shepard anyway with those eyes that are almost as separated as his ears. LOL....He looks like a freaking Halibut......

Hey gang, I'm not so sure this is true. I read this report on Drudge on Saturday and yet there was Geraldo with the troops on FOX last night, I just have a feeling this is an internet myth that MSNBC has picked up again hoping to equalize their Arnett story.

This could be true--I heard Arnett took a shot at him. I guess Geraldo was really laying it on about Arnett yesterday so maybe that's why. If so, let me apologize to Geraldo--maybe he was giving out info the U.S. wanted him to give out. That stinking Matt Drudge is the cause of all this. Please, I am an 82nd Airborne mom. My son debated long and hard when he graduated from West Point which unit to choose. He trained and qualified for both, but finally went 82nd, and got the prized Vicenza, Italy post, and went into Northern Iraq, protecting the troops trying to rescue the Kurds, from Saddamm.

I don't care how they feel about him. I care about their safety, and the success of their mission. And, I seriously doubt they are gonna dis him on camera. Don't you?

I have to agree with you about the caliber of some of Fox's staff. Shepherd Smith is another one of Enquirer caliber.

yup. i mentioned earlier that i figured that roger ailes was making some frantic phone calls. i think it will unfold that he was bounced and that ailes was able to get him reinstated.

Geraldo just broadcast live from Iraq. The title needs to be changed. CNN reported it, and it's on their website. MSNBC picked up on it. This was a hoax of major proportions.

Dirty trick my BUTT. Last night on this very board people were wondering what the hell Geraldo was doing. He brought this on himself.

I'll have to answer here since the other thread was pulled. I saw that and we were wondering what was up. If it was a problem they could have taken his mic or something. I thought they wanted the Republican Guard to be drawn out and he was playing his part.

What ever happened he's still reporting so I guess it wasn't a major deal.
