Asman asking Geraldo about "rumors" spreading around town.
Geraldo says "Rats at his former employer, NBC, are mad at him and spreading LIES".
hahahahahaha
MSNBC is so pathetic a cable network according to Geraldo.
That is practically verbatim.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA SLAM
Asman says it was Peter Arnett's channel spreading the rumor and it was an absolute lie.
NO MINCING OF WORDS. I guess my boycott of MSNBC goes on even though they fired the traitor Arnett.

DISHONORABLE DISCHARGE: U.S. military expels FOX NEWS CHANNEL's Geraldo Rivera from Iraq after violating rule; giving away crucial details of future military operations during live broadcast... Rivera drew a map in the sand indicating the position where the unit which he was embedded with was located, where they were going... Members of the 101st Airborne Division will escort Rivera to the border with Kuwait.... Developing... From grudge!!!!

I agree with you. I'm glad he's still there. I enjoy his reports. For the life of me I don't understand why so many of you hate someone so much who is obviously so pro America and pro troops. Let it go already, people change. You'll feel better.

Folks, just saw Geraldo on FNC and he said MSNBC started the rumor of his "demise". He said they are jealous because they can't get their ratings up. That's what the man said............hmmmmmm

Geraldo Rivera = Jerry Rivers, Puerto Rican and Jewish who opened up Al Capone's empty safe, capitalized on his Hispanic lineage to get ahead. They should cut off that ridiculous mustache and arrest him for war crimes and treason!Biography of Jerry Rivers aka Geraldo Rivera

It's a lie.DAMN! I'm sorry to hear that.
To: Iowa Granny
yeah HEY FOX - TALK ABOUT THIS LIKE YOU DID ARNETT!!
To: fightu4it
Like many people I was revolted by Geraldo's adulation of Clinton "I love you, man" etc. However after 9/11, when he lost many friends and neighbors, he gave up a lucrative and comfortable job to report from the battle zones.
In my book that is commendable.
To: CheneyChick
Seems the reports of Geraldo's demise were premature. Live shot shows him alive and well with the 101st. Fox was making fun of MSNBC for reporting such tripe.
I didn't like the guy either, but since 9/11 he has done a complete turnaround and appears pro-American and pro-military. Sorry, but I have to give the guy a break.

Uh-oh... it appears Whorealdo is back. See #401 for details.

This thread is really turning into the ANTI-FOX NEWS save the "BABES".....is this want we really want to do here? Eat our own. Good bye to the likes of Jerry Rivers but come on people, FNC is the ONLY place you hear the words, "OUR TROOPS".

Guess that should help us all to remember to NEVER accept CNN as a news source for something like this.
They probably ran with some disinformation from NBC which was just running a little interference for their boy Peter.
They wanted it to be true - that's for sure.

Precisely...Endangerment of our military with a big mouth is unacceptable..
So, the facts are: He DID do what he was accused of, he has NOT been removed by our Military? Sounds like a serious question to me..
To: RummyChick
They're saying that it was Arnett's channel that was saying he was kicked out. I guess this explains why Fox wasn't reporting it huh? They were just waiting for it to backfire. Can anybody say, MSNBC is toast (or at least heading that way at breakneck speed)? And if CNN got it from NBC and went with it, well, all I can say is that I would be "deeply saddened" if they experienced a backlash. ROTFLMBO!!! NOT!!!
