That news about the bodyguard was put out by the Pentagon (or CIA) last night. The bodyguard has never been seen away from SH's side. They found this very interesting.
I also noted there was no portrait of Saddam behind the podium, but the news analysts didn't comment on that.

Is there usually a portrait behind Saddam when he is sitting there at that table in all those videos we've seen released? I can't remember.

I found the interview that Russert had with Mr Combover interesting, when asked if Saddam was still alive he said that he thought he was.
