Fox - no meetings of the Iraqi National Congress (the dissident group) since 2-3 days before the war started. The idea being that maybe they got shipped over to Iraq? (I thought they were supposed to have been being ignored by the CIA? Oh, wait: I think Rueters may have reported that one, too.)
