Good Morning.
This is the Daily Thread of Operation Iraqi Freedom - LIVE THREAD.
It is designed for general conversation about the events of the day. In depth discussion of events should be left to individual threads - but links to the threads or other articles is highly encouraged. This allows us to stay abreast of the situation in general, while also providing a means of obtaining specific information.
Please have mercy on us dial up limited FReepers! Limit the big graphics, post links instead. A breif description of what the graphic is would help:
To all who helped this get started, thank you!
Special thanks to An.American.Expatriate for staring the daily threads, Mo1 for the screamer, the AdminMods for their tolerance, mhking for the video links, and, of course, Belly Girl...

well that is just what the media was after with the incessant questioning over and over and over...and totally ignoring the answers.

"Jennifer Eccleston talks in one long sentence taking short sharp breaths in inappropriate places. And saying "now" occasionally to keep the sentence going. She also bounces like a child that can't stand still for one minute. It's annoying and so are her run-on, breathless reports. MOST of the time her hair is blowing all over her face and forces her to keep flicking her head to get it out of her eyes. (Too vain to pull it back?) I saw her give a whole report one time with a chunk of her hair stuck in her mouth. I hit the mute button when she's on.

Thanks got the CBS web cam - is this what all the hammering is about?!! LizThe new season of "This Old House" - look for Norm Abram's Iraqi cousin, master carpenter Norm Habib, to come by and explain the new goat shield for the camera.
From the Agonist:
The new "rules of engagement" probably helped determine Wolfie's latest poll. But you'll never believe which choice is leading for the question, "What's the biggest threat facing coalition troops in Iraq?" Of course, the Iraqi army isn't even a choice.
Poll <-- click here
What's the biggest threat facing coalition forces in Iraq?
Suicide bombings (*)
Weapons of mass destruction ( )
Friendly fire ( )
I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried!

I emailed his web site one time complaining about how they word Wolf's polls or don't give you all options to vote and said that this is typical of his style of reporting and exactly why I don't watch him anymore. LOL I got a reply that said "thank you for your comments and input and continuing to watch Wolf..bla bla bla". Idiots I had just old them I hadn't watched him in years.

i am truly dumbfounded by the intentional damage being caused by these bastards. I want Saddam dead but I don't hate him. Despise, disgust, contempt, those things I feel for him. I hate these reporters.
