During the first Gulf War, Saddly Insein made it a point to be seen IN PUBLIC, shaking hands in the markets, smiling, firing a gun into the clouds.

During the first Gulf War, Saddly Insein made it a point to be seen IN PUBLIC, shaking hands in the markets, smiling, firing a gun into the clouds. Those were completely staged events, they are more like television shows he had produced. (There is one rather famous one where he sitting with the western looking children). Anyway the man is paranoid and wouldn't have been walking around in the streets of Baghdad. Having said that, he's not staging those events today.
