Y'know, she's completely Adult Contemporary now and I don't think she has completely accepted it. She's VH-1 fodder..and nobody watches them. The MTV demographic looks at her as an old lady who made some cool songs A LONG time ago. She's mainly worshipped by few queens in Greenwhich Village NYC and even most of them thinks she's "over".

This was the case until about 7 years ago when she jumped on the "Cool Britaina" bandwagon. She also got a lot of "cool" European dance producers on her last 2 LPs (William Orbit, Mirwais, Jacques le Cont), so her tracks sit well with all the little ravers.
