this is a totally illogical argument! Chemical Prtoection Equipment only proves they intended to defend themselves from exposure.

True .. but the chances if that being the only reason are really really slim

As for the media reporting on any findings .. they don't want to .. it doesn't fit their agenda

O'Rielly had a gentlemen on the other day discussing this .. Bill asked if he hoped that we didn't find anything .. he never admitted it, but the silence from him spoke a thousand words

The facts and truth will come out .. They always do

Actually it IS the only reason. Chemical Protection is just that - protection. It has no other use.

Whether the Iraqi's are honestly "scared" of an American attack with Chem, or if it is for thier protection from THIER Chem is another matter and a useless debate.

We need the proof. We will get the proof. The Press blowing the Chem Suits out of proportion is sensationalism (see "'Proof' of WMD's found in Iraq").

Even if we don't find any WMD once we liberate Iraq, it won't mean that they didn't have them. They are having all this time to destroy all traces of them as we carefully advance on Baghdad. If you were in charge of WMD in Iraq and given a choice between keeping the WMD's and being tried for war crimes afterwards, or destroying them and then "innocently" surrendering to the Americans (while giving them a political black eye in the process), what would YOU do?
