I'll admit they need to clean house, but one of the reasons the turk deal failed was because they wanted us to hand them the Kurds on a silver platter .. that ain't gonna happen
As for the INC .. Iraq is full of different tribes that have been at each others throats for years .. I'm thinking that the Bush Administation wants to set up something where they all have a voice and somehow can get along enough to bring democracy to the region

The last thing we need is to be seen installing "our guys" as "puppets." The current approach in Iraq seems closer to what we did in Afghanistan, with Karzai.
