Believe me, I have thought and thought about how to get to that Qatar press corps. The only thing I can think of is writing the Wall Street Journal. What do you think?

Re. the WSJ, you can try. I was really disheartened to receive an e-mail from the WSJ - after sending out American in Tokyo's Seoul rally report - telling me to take letters@wsj.com off my e-mail list...not a journalist's personal address, but the paper's public access address.

I'm following your suggestion, a good one, to contact local media...and responding to individual journalists re. specific stories, etc., suggestions always welcome. We need to remind our neighbors to contact the media, as well. Most Americans don't think to do this. Our voice has to carry over the thousands of experienced VLWC special interest groups. Check out the Amnesty Int'l website...but bring a barf bag.
