Yesterday's NYC protesters are now setting up in Washington, DC. I say bill them all for the expense of the real peacekeeping.....getting them off the streets.

Why aren't those idiots summarily hauled off to jail? They shouldn't even be allowed enough time to disrupt traffic before being hauled off.

Dolly for Mayor premise. Sure you can walk, hold signs etc.
The roads will not be closed, If you chose to illegally walk, recline etc in them that is surely your choice & your friends / family are responsible to take what remains to the hospital or morgue.
It wouldn't happen too often.
