I seem to recall, as well, that at a talk he gave right before the action started, he was giving a talk and---I can't recall if he actually was questioned on this point or felt defensive enough to address it head on----he said that his administration managed to weaken the Iraqi regime, and he said that would become apparent. Implication would be we wouldn't face much resistance.

Glad you remembered that Clinton claimed that because he had weakened Iraq we would not see much resistance; that it would be quick and easy. It seems to me that Clinton thinks of everything in terms of women. What is quick and easy and can't resist him. Pathetic twisted man.
