I just love it when I get errors such as this one when I use an MS product to acces MS content:
"Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The file is either corrupt or the Player does not support the format you are trying to play."
That smoke plume on right is a goodun.

click on the first link in post #3... it gives a list of sites that use WMP... you might find one there... i have the same problem at work... usually there's one that works.
