Nice try...until I see a canadian soldier chasing an Iraqi with a charged rifle, Canada is on the sidelines.
A few Canadians are good people, but the rest are all ...
FRENCH.

I appreciate the ones that are there. The government of Canada has said they will not contribute humanitarian aid except through UN.It has not been a friend nor even stood aside. I sneer at Chretien.

A bit off the subject but I think many would be surprised at the number of Canadian citizens who've enlisted in the US military (I'm not talking about exchange programs).

Imagine the embarrassment to the Canadian government if when recalled, the Canadian officers refused in order to stay and continue their important contribution shoulder-to-shoulder with their brothers-in-arms and allies.

You would perhaps have done better to use Robert Service's :
There's a race of men that dont fit in, a race that can't stand still.
So they break the hearts of kith and kin and roam the world at will.

Aw, heck. I can forgive anything to the country that gave birth to Mark Steyn. More than makes up for producing Peter Jennings and SENDING HIM OUR WAY.
Thanks, Canuck! ;)
