SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- Anti-war protesters spread throughout the city again Monday, with noisy demonstrations at businesses, a government building and San Francisco State University.
Though more than 100 people were arrested, the protests were subdued compared to last week's raucous demonstrations, where police arrested about 2,200 people over two days.

I didn't see Phoenix AZ listed. I attended a Support the Troops rally on Friday 3/21--there must have been at least 400 people crowding the restaurant and the parking lot outside. The rally was held at "Rock Bottom" in Ahwahtukee and was sponsored by the local radio station KFYI.

Many people object to war on principle, and that's fine. But organized protests of the sort we have seen on TV are sponsored by ANSWER, a front for a basket of Communist organizations and many people are serving as "useful idiots" unaware of ANSWER's true agenda.
