To: Age of Reason
It doesn't matter - they are already there, and they are doing their job.

This is really starting to chap my *ss that one of our women is captured, or one of them dies, or they just made the mistake of showing up to do their ****ing job, no one can pay tribute to these gals without some *sshole putting them down. I just ONCE want to say "Good job, soldier girl" without some idiot bashing these women. I'm not going to take it any more.

NO ONE is bashing the SOLDIER. Get a grip.....they are bashing the policies that allow women to be put in direct harms way, where they will likely be put through MORE HORRORS than men.

I'm not going to take it any more.

What are you going to do hon? No one here has bashed or discredited this poor woman. Many of us simply think that women should not be in combat and we hope this policy changes. There is sound reasoning with infinite historical precedence against women in combat. Yes indeed...I regret more when a girl is killed or captured. I also lament more when children are killed by bombs than old folks. That is my nature. I am a male human. The military is not about choice or fairness.
