You can tell they thought this one out long and hard.
Send this little girl to Iraq to show her how they do school there. Shutting down a place of goernment because they won't pass a resolution that you want - sounds like the kind of "democracy" they teach in Iraq.

The students, including senior Ani Mockler, took turns using a bullhorn to shout their demands.

"I'm against the war and I'm against people who think we should be quiet at this time," said Mockler, 29, who has a niece in Kuwait serving in the military.<<<<<<
