Evidently it is new news that missiles of some type were found at a chemical plant at a location in Iraq, yes?

Yes, but remember, it's very "quick" (relatively speaking) to switch chemical production lines from nerve gas to bug spray to insecticide and back and forth between solvent-based liquids like household cleaners, furniture polish, and commercial solvents into chemical warheads solvents....
Also, once the reagent tanks are cleaned and run through with a different liquid, its hard to tell what was in the tanks two or three runs before.
And all of those liquids can get pumped into a chemical tank on the rocket quickly.
