Have you informed your superiors that this guy could be a security risk?

No. I am not sure how to handle it. I only know I am getting close to losing it and telling him there are lots of positions over there...he could sign up to be a human shield.

I think you really need to drop a dime on him, Mrs. L. Just go to your supervisor in private and inform him of the situation and the need to keep an eye on the SOB, and that a security clearance re-evaluation might be in order.
