The family name is Waters-Bey. IIRC, members of the Moorish Muslim sect all have names ending in "-Bey". This sect has been known for using it's religion as a cover for drug-dealing, muder-for-hire, and money laundering. They are a violent bunch.

"Bey", isn't that a common Turkish name as well? I mean many bosnians took that as part of their name when they converted for financial gain after the Turks took the Balkans in the 14th century.
