LOL....I support some type of limited autonomy for them which does not include partitioning Turkey.

Iraq is an odd place in this respect. The Baath Party of mainly Sunnis run herd over a polulace that is I believe majority Shiite and Kurds.

I am not crazy about the Commie aspects of some Kurd leadership.

Another bit of trivia...the largest Kurd community here in the US is 3000 strong here where I live in Nashville. I saw a wedding celebration of theirs in a park last year and had to go home and look up their flag on the net to tell who they were...lol
