This is not a disgruntled soldier fragging....
This was a coordinated assassination attempt on the Brigade commander..and his commanders..
This was a "Decapitation" strike...akin to the one we made on Saddam Hussein
This muslim american showed his loyalty to allah and muhammed rather than his country and fellow soldiers....
This was an enemy operation aided by a muslim american...it was premeditated and planned and not a spur of the moment fragging incident regardless of the spin fox or anyother news channel puts on it..
The Army probably feels they cannot stop their momentum to deal with their internal muslim problem..
Which if pushed will be spun into a racial issue..as Jesse jackons and sharpton Mckinney will do on Mon...this will fuel other blacks and the black congressional cawkass..the american commies and antiwar peace creeps....
If they can spin this into a random act of a disgruntled soldier and put him under wraps till its over...
Of course if he was white he would be summarily executed as he should be according to military law in combat

Only thing, why was he acting weird for days before this attack, if this was planned. By acting weird, he was risking getting taken out of the picture before the attack.
