Wow – takes my breath away. I hate the Left in all its variations. Absolutely HATE the Left. From 1848, when Marx and Engels published their 'Communist Manifesto,' the Leftist movement metastasized into the most murderous regimes the world has ever known: the Communist/Socialist systems under Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Ho Chi Min, Pol Pot, the North Koreans, Castro and, more recently, Saddam Hussein (who modeled himself after Stalin), to say nothing of all the murderous tin-pot Communist/Socialist dictators in Africa and Latin America. Then there was the ‘nationalist’ brand of socialism under Hitler, Mussolini, Tito, and others. Anyone who still holds up those values simply does not know the monstrous history of the Left.

I suspect that the most virulent of the leftists are very familiar with history. Just like Saddam admired Stalin, they admire Lenin, or Mao (or pick another murdering tyrant).
