It's Camp Pennsylvania. Two grenades - one or more terrorists penetrated and rolled grenades into tents.

Now Doug Luzader reporting from Kuwait, it happened in Camp PA, 2 hand grenades rolled into the tent. 10 wounded, 6 seriously... 1 or more terrorists penetrated the secure area. Most of the division has already left camp, so less casualties than could have been.

We would have surprises. But this does nothing as far as I can see to save Saddam's butt.
To: Bobby777
If I'm not mistaken, this 101st is the same group who was represented on TV today - in KY/TN area - where the people were demonstrating for their troops/relatives.
If the connection is indeed correct, it makes it all the more painful!

I agree re your comments on civilian casualties. My husband and I mentioned it when an embedded reporter was talking about how some Iraqis were allowed to pass by tanks rolling toward Baghdad because they "looked" okay. I wondered if the press wasn't there if the troops wouldn't have at least pulled guns on the people walking by and telling them to stand back.

Exactly! I can only think it is becase most of the division have moved forward?!?! What a nightmare. Unless it's those military uniforms that Saddam wanted them to wear?

6 Bombs fell on Bahgdad at 0228. MSNBC video feed.
Don't discount the Turks. If the 101st is to be used as aa blocking force in the north against the Turks this will slow them a bit while they sort out it out.

Fox is reporting too.
This one scared me - my SSg Mike is somewhere "South of Kuwait City". Prayers going up...
