That is Victoria Clark (Tory)..she is Rumsfeld's "right hand".Torie used to do a cable show with Mary Matalin. First Mary was paired with Jane somebody (I can just picture Jane, but her last name escapes me). Then I believe it was between Jane and being paired with DeeDee Meyers, that Mary did her show with Torie.
Just a little background.
