About 20 people (most of the MSNBC audience) have already posted they saw Bob Arnot give the report live. So did I. What is suspect about it? He just said it 10 minutes ago. Do you think he's out there with a link to the Internet to file the story? What a dope. Sit down. The only thing suspect is your acuity. This is a direct ping to myself and you. If this story is discredited, I'll expect your public apology.
Likewise, if this story is proven true, I will tender my public apology to you.
That said, I've lived through enough wars to know that the only thing that flies across the globe faster than a lie is a rumor. I do not believe my skepticism is unwarranted or wrong.

If this story is discredited, I'll expect your public apology. The "story" won't be discredited. Bob Arnott reported the finding of the white powder. The story is true.
Whether or not the powder is anthrax is not the issue.
Arnott said what he said.

Look, Dyson, whether or not it pans out, your demanded link has nothing to do with it.
It was reported on a major network.
You already owe others an apology and I expect you will be forthcoming.

If this story is discredited, I'll expect your public apology.Excuse me? He's merely reporting that he saw a news reporter report something on a major TV network. You're an idiot.

Your priggish attitude is unnecessary--and unseemly for someone as new here as you.
