The military and the media isn't mentioning the Muslim part of the attacker.

Has anybody gotten to the bottom of how an American muslim (who cares if he's black) can link up so quickly with people in Kuwait who want to pull off this kind of thing? Did he deploy with this intent? Did he deploy with contacts? Or are his "social skills" w/ foreigners that good?

I don't think those questions have been answered. Last I heard the soldier hasn't been charged with anything yet and there is another guy in custody as well.
