Did you see Gen. Tommy Franks this am? He stated that talks with Iraqi officials is above his pay grade. So, I don't know for certain, but if we are striking just now, they aren't capitulating just yet.
IMO, Tommy Franks did a fine job handling the anti-American, anti-war questions. He's no nonsense like the POTUS and RUMMY.
