Because the media says so. 12 years and 17 UN sanctions/directives later, it's business as usual for the libs and the tyrants.

Unfortunately you are probably right -- and someone like Johnny Cochran or a NOI hired Lawyer will come in and make his trial a media circus. Can you hire an outside lawyer in a military court?

I ran out of Coors Light, switched to a home-made plum wine. What a headache thats gonna make.

Agreed, but watch the touchy-feely folks with the networks get started. How much you want to bet that Katie Couric shows up in the morning wringing her hands on "Today?" Of course we might get lucky and he will be "Shot trying to escape"

1 hour. Ok, I still got time to go get some beer and chew. Guinness anyone? You wouldn't happen to have a Negra Modelo, would you???

Bone Thugs and the The Roots are cool. I am a music fanatic though, have more than 1500 CDs. It drives my friends nuts, I can play Ella Fitzgerald followed by Bone Thugs followed by Coltrane followed by Mercury Rev. Hey a mood is a mood, even if it only lasts the length of a CD:)

CNN-sad update on the grenade attack; just reported that one of the soldiers from the 101st just died.
To: SoldiersGirl
Yeah you can
If you want to read a good novel involving this, read The Price of Power by James Huston, about a Pacifist Liberal President who orders a courtmartial of an Admiral who followed an order from Congress under a Letter of Marque and Reprisal.
Good read, pick it up if you can

It may be time to take all the Muslims out of our armed forces.
No, a couple "loose cannons" does not justify this. Several senior Muslim clerics issued a
fatwa which explains why it's not only "okay" but required for Muslim soldiers in the US Armed Forces to be 100% loyal.
