This is the continuation Thread of Operation Iraqi Freedom - Day 1- LIVE THREAD.

The report came from embedded reporter. He and Lester talked about it for maybe 20-30 seconds. Didn't play it up as a big story (not sure the powder is dangerous, noted it is being tested). THis military effort is mighty complex, it is not just a shoot-'em-up, it includes lots of variables, followed by reconstruction, food aid, etc.

Thank God The World's #1,2,3 and 4th Military power is trying to minimize casualties.

No SnA in Baghdad (just my opinion/guess) -- but the Republican Guard probably is/will experience some. We know where they are, and we are coming with determination to "make them stop", surrender, lay down arms, give it up, defect. Time to move on. Put some ice on it. Etc.

Everytime I flip by CNN they are showing anti-war protesters, calling it a remarkable show of opposition. Huh? Remarkable is that 70% of the country is behind the President and 95% of Republicans support him. Sirens are going off in Baghdad and they have their cameras on malcontents.
