I vote with you on the live virus theory. I cant think of one thing in the nuclear realm that requires refrigeration, and I dont remember any chem weapons that needed refrigeration.

My guess is either smallpox, black pox, or ebola. Not pretty.

I don't think the Iraqis have the ability to isolate ebola. This is something way beyond a mobile weapons lab.

But smallpox would certainly be achievable, and the effect would still be devastating.
