It sounded personal, this "crime." But he was reticent to reveal further.
His powerful sons were killed in the bombing. Or one was, one was just injured. Perhaps the info released that his son Uday got a brain aneurysm from a guard attacking him explains his death or entry to hospital. It would sound to us a lame cover story, but to Iraqis it might sound plausible. Uday has had violent incidents with guards.
