Could be, but if I'm right GW didn't miss, the hit just didn't kill Saddam. I really believe right now he's trapped in that bunker (I'm sure his ears are still ringing) & the US is talking with whatever Iraqi leaders that weren't in the bunker (maybe Tariq).

It just doesn't make sense that Saddam would have made that videotape (either before or after the bombing) in such shoddy circumstances (stenopad, glasses, poor video quality, etc.) unless it was simply impossible to do anything else, hence my feeling he's trapped...
