Didn't see anything of the kind, nor have I heard about any demonstrations today.
Could be something happening somewhere in the city, though, but I actually expect that the demonstrations going on in the US are larger and more violent than anything going on in Seoul.

Nothing in front of the usual protest grounds, the U.S. embassy, at 11 a.m KST 3/21/03. I think Roh is scared the U.S. will let Rummy have his way if he doesn't shut the protestors up.
And we know darn well what will happen if the U.S. leaves...as a former human rights activist, Roh will be tops on Kim Jong Il's list for a free haircut--taking off all but about an inch below the neckline.
