It's the same thing as a reverse directory, been around for years, Google just makes it easier to use.

That's why you need to keep your number unlisted.

Yeah, been doing stuff like this since about 96/97, when I first got on the net. Yahoo, alta vista, 411, about a dozen other sites used to have stuff like this. Search by, last name, e-mail address, street name, phone number, its all just a few clicks away, and has been for years.

A partial listing is a good option for those who want people to be able to look up their phone number to call them. Name and phone number only -- town or city can be derived from the phone number, but nobody can pay a visit to your house when all they started out with was your name or phone number.
