recapping what brought us to this point. Defenise minister will talk about last night's strikes. Talking about the months of work that went into 1284 (the resolution that was pulled on Monday). Stating that 1441 was an either/or resolution. Either Saddam disarms himself, or have it done for him by force. Saddam has triggered the latter.
