If Clancy is right then (And usually he is spot on about his technology) War is definitely changed. The Fog of War is not a hinderance any longer!

Absolutely kee-reckt ... until such time as we hit an opponent who can interfere with our communications or knock out/blind the satellites. Not too many of such opponents around, to be sure, but I imagine the Chinese are taking notes, and the French will sell them anything they need ....

If we had this technology prior to January 2001, you can bet Clinton has already profited from the sale to China.
