Just dropped in on the EMP comment. Help educate me, do we have the capability to determine the area effected by the blackout (i.e., 100 yard radius or 1 mile radius)?

I don't know and if I did I couldn't tell you. Back in the '70s, we were worried about the EMP effects of nuclear weapons, both tactical and strategic. That's all open source.
