The county just south of us is under Tornado warning (walton county)...live dopplar (watching on PC) looks like it is headed this way...will take cover when the sirens go off. We have NOAA weather radios and the TV is doing total red screens.
No cellar--wood frame house on crawl space--I always clean out the hall closet when we get these. This is SOP for this time of year here. Typically we are not in the "tornado belt"....so we are monitoring the situation closely. I did miss the tail end of Saddam look-alike tape cause the Cable company blasted us with the alarm again.
Thunder and Lightening is bad...my APC keeps beeping.

I would be the worst person in the world to be visiting you right now. I would be in the closet in a heartbeat. In fact I would grab a blankie and a pillow and sleep in that closet. The few times this California girl has been in any thing that looks like a tornado, well lets just put it this way... it wouldn't be pretty.
